The majocity of client vieits are under five <br />minutea. <br />The lot ie only 25 feet wide and oritsinally tlie Applicant had <br />proposed putting three parking epaceH in tlie. front yard and <br />three off the alley; however, Public Works wculd not allovr <br />parking in the front since there Wuuld be no room to tum <br />around and vehicles would hava to back. out onto Rockefeller. <br />There is an existing accessory building in the rear yard that <br />will be dedolished, as the Applicant is now proposing to <br />construct aix parking spacea in the rear yard; however, only <br />three of tlieae coutd be count�ad towards the parking <br />requirement, aince the otlier three vould be "stacked," i.e., <br />bloc:ced from acceae to the alley by the three atalls directly <br />adjacent to the alley (see Exhihit 3, Site Planl. The <br />Applicant feels these three "stacked" spaces could be uaed for <br />empl.oyee parking, leaving the three off tlie fllley for clients. <br />
