)(/‘ <br /> 19. Outdoor Use, Activity and Storage - Compliance with Zoning Code Section <br /> 41.100 (Fxhtbit 6) is required. <br /> 20. All activity shall comply with City and State noise regulations. <br /> 21. Prior to obtaining demolition permits, the Applicant shall designate the <br /> method for disposing of debris from cleaning up the site and from <br /> demolition of the buildings. <br /> 22. The proposal must also comply with all other Code and Ordinance <br /> requirements not specifically set forth herein. <br /> 23. Construction or substantial progress towards construction of a project• <br /> must be undertaken within two years after final approval of the permit <br /> and completed within five years. If the project has not been completed <br /> in this time span, the Permit will be reviewed by the Planning <br /> Department who will do one of the following: <br /> - extend the permit for one year, or <br /> - terminate the permit <br /> 24. Prior to any landfill being brought onto the site, the criteria for <br /> review of landfills in an Urban Environment must be satisfied. The <br /> Department of Public Works shall determine if the landfill meets the <br /> criteria as set forth in the Master Program for landfills for Urban <br /> Environment. <br /> 25. The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br /> a. The perimeter doors should be solid core or metals with double <br /> cylinder deadbolts installed. If doors open to the outside or <br /> hinges area exposed, pin hinges. <br /> b. Office windows are best to be non-opening. <br /> c. A six-foot cyclone fence with three-strand barbed wire and <br /> perimeter sensors as the area is susceptible to vandalism from <br /> both entrances, the river and road. <br /> d. Lighting should be a minimum of 1-2 foot candles. <br /> e. During the final stages of construction, please contact Dick <br /> Thornberry, Crime Prevention Officer at 259-0416 for further <br /> security recommendations. <br /> 26. A Notice of Construction permit is required for the conveyor system from <br /> the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. Contact Harry A.
