(SEPA Earth, Land and Shorcl.ine Use <br />Policies) <br />The site must be developed per the Grading and Drainaqe Concept <br />Plan and Landscape Concept Plan with Plantinq Legends and Uetails <br />dated March 1990 received by the Planning Uepartment on June A, <br />1990. (SEPA Earth, La�d and Shoreline Use Policies) <br />The site must be developed per the 6fiti9ation anri F.nhancement <br />Plan by C112M Ilill dated April 70, 1990, with the additional ce- <br />quirement that: <br />b. <br />The site shall be monitored annually for thcee years to as- <br />sure the vLability of Lhe landscape vegetation. <br />Revegetation shall be done if more than ten percent of any <br />landscape vegetation component has died at the time of moni- <br />toring. (SEPA Earth, Land and Sl�oreline Use Policies) � <br />The proponent has submitted a Chip Storage Pile Dust Potential <br />Analysis by Advanced Engineering wf�ich indicates that dust prob- <br />lems associated with the proposed chip handling facility will be <br />quite minor and not a nuis�nce; however, if a dust problem <br />arises, water fog spr�ys shall be installed to knock down any <br />nuisance dust. (SEPA Air Policies) <br />HITIGATION REQUIREU UY EXISTSNG COUES AND ONUINANCES <br />Grass lined swales and a baffle type oil/water separator are re- <br />quired per City Design Standards. The grassy swale must �e shown <br />on the required Landscaping plan, as well as on Public Works <br />plans. <br />The lead agency for this proposal has detcrmined that iL does not have <br />a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An En- <br />vironmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />47.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed en- <br />vironmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency.
