6 <br /> (30 calendar days after release date) <br /> 2.3 City Answers and Addenda <br /> Changes to this RFP will be made only by formal written addenda issued by the City's RFP Coordinator . <br /> Any such addenda and City answers to questions will be issued no later than the date and time listed in <br /> Section 2.2. Addenda and City answers will be emailed or faxed to all Proposers who submitted a letter <br /> of interest. <br /> Changes to this RFP may be made by the City if, in the sole judgment of the City,the changes will not <br /> compromise the City's objectives in this acquisition. <br /> All addenda issued by the City shall become a part of the specifications of this RFP, and will be made <br /> part of the resulting agreement. <br /> 2.4 Proprietary Material <br /> A Proposer shall clearly mark any proprietary information contained in its Proposal with the words <br /> "proprietary information." Proposer shall not mark any Proposal Form as proprietary. Marking all or <br /> nearly all of a Proposal as proprietary may result in rejection of the Proposal. <br /> Proposers should be aware that the City is required by law to make its records available for public <br /> inspection,with certain exceptions(see RCW Chapter 42.17). The Proposer,by submission of materials <br /> marked proprietary, acknowledges and agrees that the City will have no obligation to advocate for non- <br /> disclosure in any forum or any liability to the Proposer in the event that the City must disclose these <br /> materials. <br /> 2.5 Multiple Proposals <br /> A Proposer may bid for one or both towing zones. The Proposer shall submit only one proposal package <br /> regardless of the number of zones proposed. The City will evaluate each zone independently. A <br /> Proposer may be awarded an agreement for fewer than the number of zones proposed by that Proposer. <br /> 2.6Delivery of Proposals <br /> Sealed proposals must be received at the City Clerk's Office no later than the date and time listed in <br /> Section 2.2. <br /> Time: 2:00 p.m. <br /> Location: City Clerk's Office, l'`Floor <br /> Wall St.Building <br /> 2930 Wetmore Ave. <br /> Everett,WA 98201 <br /> At the appointed time a register shall be prepared containing the name of each proposer and a description <br /> sufficient to identify the item offered. <br /> 18 <br />
