6 <br /> (a)Per vehicle, per incident impound rates where Class A/E/D trucks are needed at accidents or <br /> other incidents/requests, including, but not limited to: <br /> (i) fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the Proposer's primary storage lot as defined in <br /> Section 3.7; <br /> (ii) fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the City's secure storage to be held for investigation <br /> purposes; <br /> (iii) fees for towing City-owned vehicles to a City facility or for towing privately-owned vehicles to <br /> the City's secure storage; <br /> (b)Per vehicle, per incident impound rates where Class B/E trucks are used to respond to accidents or other <br /> incidents/requests as provided below and subject to Section 3.5: <br /> (i) fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the Proposer's primary storage lot as defined in Section 3.7; <br /> (ii) fees for towing privately-owned vehicles to the City's secure storage to be held for investigation purposes; <br /> (iii) fees for towing City-owned vehicles to a City facility or for towing privately-owned vehicles to an EPD <br /> impound lot; <br /> (c)Release fees for after hours (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily and all day Saturday, Sunday, and federal <br /> holidays)., weekends and holidays; <br /> (d) Storage fees for privately-owned vehicles based on a per day storage rate charged to the nearest IA day from <br /> the time the vehicle arrives at the storage area, regardless of whether it is inside or outside storage. Provided, <br /> however, a vehicle that is impounded for fewer than six hours will not incur storage rates. <br /> (e)Tire change or mobilization fees for City-owned vehicles within City limits; <br /> (f)Response fee where vehicle owner arrives and properly claims vehicle after hook is attached and vehicle has <br /> been lifted off the ground but before the truck has left the impound location with the impounded vehicle. <br /> (g)Reduced fees or rebates for recovered stolen vehicles when claimed by owner within 24 hours of impound. <br /> Conditions such as a valid police report may be required. <br /> 3.3 Services to be Included—Applicable Fee Caps <br /> (a)The impound fees for 3.2(a) and(b) shall include all service required to place the vehicle in a position to be <br /> towed and to safely and properly tow the vehicle to the designated location. The impound fees shall be no <br /> higher than the Tow Cap Rate set by the Washington State patrol for the applicable region and in effect at the <br /> time of the impound authorization. <br />
