On ]uly 27, 2004 Mulvanny G2, on behalf of Steadfast Properties submitted a Revised Site <br />Plan (7-27-04) for the proposed Everett Mali Expansion Project. The proposed Revised Site Plan <br />(7-27-04) is similar to the approved Site Plan (5-27-03) with the exception of the following <br />modifications: <br />. Re!ocation of the interurban treil and the ring road to the west side of the property. <br />. Existing bank to remain. <br />. Reconfiguration of the proposed village shops per the site plan dated ]uly 27, 2004. <br />. Addition of two (2) new restaurant pads at the southwest corner of the property. <br />. Modifications of the existing detention ponds. <br />. Sears' expansion. <br />Based upon a review of the current Revised Site Plan and related comments from the City's Traffic <br />Engineer, Building, Fire and Public Works Department staff, the City will issue an Addendum to the <br />Final SEPA MDNS (SEPA #03-026) for the proposed Everett Mall Expansion Project. The Final SEPA <br />Addendum (SEPA #03-026) shall apply to the current Revised Site Plan dated July 27, 2004 and <br />attached as Exhibit A. NOTE: The applicant must comply with all requirements and/or conditions <br />in the Final SEPA MDNS Addendum (SEPA #03-026) including standards, specifications and <br />easement requirements for all proposed surFace water detention and water quality treatment <br />facilities. Also, lhe applicant must comply with the City of Everett's Fire Code Ordinance and the <br />International Fire Code Ordinance. <br />Mitiqation Measures: <br />The environmental impacts of this proposal are documented in the Environmental Checklist and <br />other information on file with the City.
