( 1 Manufacturer's Catalog Sheets, Brochures, Dixgrams, Schedules, 2 Performance Charts, lilustrations and other Standard Descriptive � 3 Information 4 The Contractor shall clearly mark each copy to identify pertinent materials, 5 products or models and reference the applicable bid item and specification i 6 section. The submittal shall ciearly show dimensions and clearances 7 required, perfortnance characteristics and capacities, wiring diagrams and 8 controls, and other pertinent information. I 9 10 Samples 11 When samples are required, the Contractor shall furnish the following: 12 ) 13 1. Physical examples to illustrate materials, equipment, or workmanship, � 14 and to establish standards by which completed work is judged. 15 2. Office samples, of sufficient size and quantity, to ctearly illustrate the ` 16 functional characteristics of product or material with integrally related � 17 parts and attachment devices and the full range of color samples. 18 3. Field samples and mock-ups erected at the project site at a location I 19 acceptable to the Engineer. Each sample or mock-up shall be 20 completely finished using all trades involved in the final work. 21 � 22 Record Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals 23 As-built plans and operation and maintenance manuals shall be prepared in 24 conformance with the Special Provisions ASBUILT/RECORD DRAWINGS and � 25 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL.S. 26 27 Submission Requirements 28 Submirials are required for products and services noted in each specification � 29 Section, Special Provision and identified on the Plans. Submit each section's � 30 submittal complete at one time. Incomplete or p�ecemeal submittals will be 31 returned without action. ( 32 33 Unless more copies are required by the Standard Specification or Special 34 Provisions, the Contractor shall submit seven (7) copies of sf op drawings, � 35 product information and project data to the Engineer for approval.
