The submittal shall ciearly show dimensions and clearances <br /> 7 required, perfortnance characteristics and capacities, wiring diagrams and <br /> 8 controls, and other pertinent information. <br /> I 9 <br /> 10 Samples <br /> 11 When samples are required, the Contractor shall furnish the following: <br /> 12 <br /> ) 13 1. Physical examples to illustrate materials, equipment, or workmanship, <br /> � 14 and to establish standards by which completed work is judged. <br /> 15 2. Office samples, of sufficient size and quantity, to ctearly illustrate the <br /> ` 16 functional characteristics of product or material with integrally related <br /> � 17 parts and attachment devices and the full range of color samples. <br /> 18 3. Field samples and mock-ups erected at the project site at a location <br /> I 19 acceptable to the Engineer. Each sample or mock-up shall be <br /> 20 completely finished using all trades involved in the final work. <br /> 21 <br /> � 22 Record Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals <br /> 23 As-built plans and operation and maintenance manuals shall be prepared in <br /> 24 conformance with the Special Provisions ASBUILT/RECORD DRAWINGS and <br /> � 25 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL.S. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Submission Requirements <br /> 28 Submirials are required for products and services noted in each specification <br /> � 29 Section, Special Provision and identified on the Plans. Submit each section's <br /> � 30 submittal complete at one time. Incomplete or p�ecemeal submittals will be <br /> 31 returned without action. <br /> ( 32 <br /> 33 Unless more copies are required by the Standard Specification or Special <br /> 34 Provisions, the Contractor shall submit seven (7) copies of sf op drawings, <br /> � 35 product information and project data to the Engineer for approval.
