All contacts with <br /> 8 the Corps of Engineers concern�ng this permit shall be through the Engineer. A <br /> � 9 copy of the permit is available at the Engineer's Office. The Contractor shall, at no <br /> 10 expense to the Contracting Agency, comply wilh all requirements of the Corps of <br /> ' 11 Engineers in the construction of this project and shall secure additional permits as <br /> � 12 are necessary. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Wages <br /> 15 <br /> I16 ReFerence required wage rates and Appendix F. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Contractor's Responsibility for Work <br /> ( 19 <br /> � 20 (August 6, 2001) <br /> 21 Repair of Damage <br /> I 22 Section 1-07.13(4) is revised to read: <br /> � 23 <br /> 24 The Contractor shall promptly repair all damage to either temporary or <br /> � 25 permanent work as directed by the Engineer. For damage qualifying for relief <br /> I 26 under Sections 1-07.13(1), 1-07.13(2) or 1-07.13(3), payment will be made in <br /> 27 accordance with Section 1-04.4. Payment will be limited to repair of damaged <br /> 28 work only. No payment will be made (or delay or disruption of work. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND HISTORIC OBJECTS <br /> 31 The project area potentially contains cultural resources.
