For damage qualifying for relief I 26 under Sections 1-07.13(1), 1-07.13(2) or 1-07.13(3), payment will be made in 27 accordance with Section 1-04.4. Payment will be limited to repair of damaged 28 work only. No payment will be made (or delay or disruption of work. 29 30 ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND HISTORIC OBJECTS 31 The project area potentially contains cultural resources.
