Such adjustment, relocation, replacement, or <br /> 4 construction wiil be done during the prosecution of the work for this project. <br /> 5 <br /> I 6 1-07.18 Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance <br /> 7 This section is revised to read: <br /> 8 <br /> i 9 The Contractor shall obtain and keep in force the following poiicies of insurance. <br /> 10 The policies shail be with companies or through sources approved by the Rtate <br /> 11 Insurance Commissioner pursuant to Chapter 48.05, RCW. Unless othervvise <br /> 12 indicated below, the policies shall be kept in force fr.�m the execution date of the <br /> I 13 contract until the date of acceptance by the Port(Secticn 1-05.i2). <br /> I �.} <br /> 15 1. Owners and Contracturs Protective Insurance providing bodily injury and <br /> I 16 properly damage liabil?iv coverage with limits of$3,000,000 per occurrence and <br /> � 17 in the aggregate for each policy period, writlen on Insurance Services Office <br /> 18 (ISO) form CG0009 together with Washington State Department of <br /> � 19 Transportation Amendatory Endorsement No. CG 29 08, specifying the Port of <br /> 20 Everett as a named insured. <br /> 21 <br /> I 22 The Contractor may choose to terminate this insurance after the date of <br /> 23 Substantial Completion as detarmined by the Engineer or, should Substantial <br /> � 24 Completion not be achiAved, after the date of Physical Completion as <br /> � 25 determined by the Engineer. In the event the Contractor elects to terminate this <br /> � 26 coverage, prior to acceptance of the contract, th� Contractor shall first obtain <br /> 27 an endcrsement to lhe Commercial General Liability Insurance described <br /> i 28 below that establishes the Contracting Agency on lhat policy as an additional <br /> I 29 insured. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 2. Commercial General Liability Insurance written under ISO Form CG0001 or its <br /> 32 equivalent with minimum limits of $3.000,000 per occurrence and in the <br /> 33 aggregate for each pciicy period. This protection may be a CGL policy or any <br /> 34 combination of primary, umbrella or excess liability coverage affording total <br /> 35 liability limits of not less than $3,000,000. Products and completed operations <br /> 36 coverage shall be provided for a period of one year foliowing final acceptance <br /> 37 of the work. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 3. Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance providing bodily injury and property <br /> 40 damage liability coverage for ali owned and nonowned vehicles assigned to or <br /> 41 used in ihe performance of the work with a combined single limit o( not less <br /> '� 42 than $1,000,000 each occurrence wilh the Port named as an additional insured <br /> ' 43 in connection with lhe Contractor's Performance of the contract. <br /> 44 <br /> � 45 The Owners and Contractors Protective Insurance policy shall not be subject to a <br /> 46 deductible or contain provisions (or a deductibie. The Commercial General Liability <br /> 47 poiicy and the Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance policy may, at the <br /> ' 48 discretion of the Contractor, contain such provisions.
