Tolal Float <br /> � 31 <br /> 32 Display the original progress schedule baseline. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 If the Contractor fails to complete an activity by ils latest schedule completion date and <br /> 35 this failure is anticipated to impact the working days, the Contractor shall within seven <br /> 36 days of such failure subnit a written statement as to how the Contractor intends to <br /> 3i correct nonperformance and return to an acceptable current progress schedule. Actions <br /> 38 by lhe Contractor to complete the work within the contract times will not be justification <br /> 39 (or adjustment to contract price or contract times. <br /> 40 <br /> I 41 Payment <br /> 42 <br /> 43 There is no separate pay item for PRdGRESS SCHEDULES.
