i <br /> I 1 Time For Completion <br /> 2 <br /> I 3 Section 1-03.5 is supplemented with the following: <br /> 4 <br /> 5 This project shall be physically completed within 285 calendar days. <br /> I 6 <br /> 7 <br /> 8 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> � 9 <br /> I 10 Payment For Material On Hand <br /> 11 The last paragraph of Section 1-09.8 is revised to read: <br /> � 12 <br /> 13 The Contracting Agency will not pay for any individual item on hand with a cost of <br /> 14 less than $2,000. As materials are used in the work, aedits equaling the partial <br /> 15 payments for them will be taken on future estimates. Each month, no later than the <br /> I 16 estimate due date, the Contractor shall submit a letter to the Project Engineer that <br /> 17 clearly states: 1) the amount originally paid on the invoice (or other record of <br /> 18 production cost) for the items on hand, 2) the dollar amount of the material <br /> I 19 incorporated into e�ch of the various work items for the month, and 3) the amount <br /> 20 that shouid be retained in material on hand items. If work is performed on the items <br /> 21 and the Contractor does not submit a letter, all of the previous material on hand <br /> I 22 payment will be deducted on the estimate. Partial payment for materials on hand <br /> 23 shall not constitute acceptance. Any material will be rejected if found to be faulty <br /> 24 even if partial payment for it has been made. <br /> I 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA <br /> � 28 <br /> 29 The Contractor may use available areas of tank area 10, as defined by the existinq <br /> 30 concrete containment walls, and upland areas of the project site west of tank area 10 for <br /> I 31 construction staging. Other than staging on barges, the contractor shall not use areas <br /> 32 below the M14ean Higher High Water elevation for staging. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The Contractor may use the construction staging area for Contractor parking. <br /> I 35 <br /> � 36 Payment <br /> 37 The cost of(encing and barriers for CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA will be included <br /> I 38 in all items oi work on lhis project. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> � 41 CONTRACTOR PARKING <br /> 42 No Contractor parking is provided in this contract except as provided in the Special <br /> � 43 Provision CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA.
