The quantity of habitat mix to be placed to fill a <br /> 10 depression may range from 0 to 25 tons, as detertnined by the Engineer, and will <br /> 11 be paid at the bid unit price for habitat mix. <br /> . <br /> 12 <br /> � 13 Existing timber piles located within the area on Drawing B-1 noted as <br /> + 14 "Approximate extent of existing riprap" shall be removed in accordance with the <br /> 15 Special Provision Removal of Structures, and disposed of in accordance with <br /> � 16 the Special Provision Disposal of Creosoted Materials. All costs associated <br /> 17 with removal and disposal of existing timber piles in the riprap clearing and <br /> 18 grubbing area will be paid by force account under the item "Force Account <br /> ( 19 Removal of Obstruction." <br /> y 20 <br /> 21 Existing woody debris measuring 6-inches or greater in diameter at the large <br /> � 22 end, located within the limits ef construction as shown on the Plans, shall be set <br /> 23 aside and stockpiled for re-use on the completed Beach CMNP feature. All <br /> 24 woody debris shall be stockpiled at an upland location landward of the ordinary <br /> � 25 high water line which does not interfere with project construction activities. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 The beach surface within the beach CMMP footprint shall be cleared of all debris <br /> � 28 consisting of woody material larger than 2 inches and smaller than 6 inches in <br /> 29 cross section, and refuse larger than 2 inches ir diameter or 5 square feet in <br /> 30 area, whichever is more restrictive. All cleared debris shall be disposed off-site in <br /> 31 accordance with all applicable permits and regulations. The Contractor shall <br /> I 32 comply with restrictions relating to the railroad clear zone.
