After completion of the temporary public access 16 construction, approval of the Engineer, and the slart of Phase 2 construction, the 17 Contractor shall ciose access to the existing Fublic access area and open the temporary I 18 public access area iuring daylight hours :;aturday, Sunday and Holidays. The 19 Contractor shall prohibit public access to th2 temporary public access area at other 20 times. The Contractor shall also prohibit public access to the existing public access area � 21 during Phase 2 and Phase 3 construction. 22 23 Public access to the existing public access area sh�ll be reopened prior to issuance of � 24 substaniial completion.
