Condition 2 on page 1 of the MDNS requires that all <br /> stormwater be routed though grass lined swales prior to <br /> discharge into North Creek or the wetlands. This condition <br /> also requires that the swale be provided outside of the <br /> wetland mitiqation area. This means that the swale cannot be <br /> in the 20 feet wide area along the south property line, in <br /> the wetland or the wetland buffer. You must show the swales <br /> on the site plan. <br /> 3. Per Condition 5 on page 2 of the MDNS, the Applicant must <br /> submit a statement in writ.ing as to whether more than one <br /> re:ail use would be on the: site and the square footaqe of any <br /> retail uses proposea. This must be submitted prior to the <br /> Planning Department revieM•ing your plans. <br /> 4. Landscaping has not been provided per Condition 6 ancl 7 on <br /> pages 2 and : of tne MDNS.
