A tributary of <br /> No,-th Creek, with an associated 1.04 acre wetland and an isolated .18 <br /> acte portion of a .7 acre vetland are on the site. The Applicant <br /> ptoposes filling .15 acre of the isolated wetland. It has been brought to the City�s attention that contaminated <br /> soils may exist on the site. Pursuant to requirements of State <br /> lav, the Applicant is responsible for cleaning up tY.e site. The <br /> site must be characterized by the appropriate chemical analysis <br /> for contamination by hazardous substances as defined in the Hodel <br /> Toxics Control Act. Prior to the issuance of any permits by the <br /> City, the Applicant must provide the City with satisfactory proof <br /> that this has been completed. The State agency responsible for <br /> implementation of this law is the Department of Ecoloqy. <br /> 2. A Hydraulics Project Approval may be required from the State <br /> Depertment of Wildlife for this proposal. <br /> 1 <br />
