6. Any broken or damaqed sidewalk shall be <br />repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. <br />7. Parkinq stalls must be assiqned to specific units. <br />8. Special charges for connection to the public sewer and <br />water system in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 and <br />subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are <br />based on projected water usage and can be substantial. <br />The applicant is encouraqed to obtain a copy of the <br />Ordinance and determine estimated charqes prior to <br />building permit application. The actual charqes shall <br />be computed by the Public Worka Department per the <br />ordinance if effect at thp time and according to the <br />information on the approved plan� at the time of <br />buildinq permit issu�nce. <br />9. On-site detention of stormwater runoff from impervious <br />areas is required per City standards. <br />10. Treatment of stormwater runoff from the paved sreas <br />muet occur, per City standards, prior to discharge of <br />the stormwater from the site or to a stream or wetla»d. <br />il. Parking must be per City Zoninq Code and City Design <br />and Construction Standards. <br />12. Any qradinq/fill on this site shall be done so as to <br />not impact the surrounding properties. <br />13. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at <br />all times 3urinq the construction. Dust suppression <br />and street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />14. A one year guarantee is required on the public <br />improvement for an amount not less than 103 of the cost <br />of construction and shall run for one year from the <br />date of final approval/issuance of the first Occupancy <br />Permit. <br />15. A performance quarantee is required for street <br />improvements for an amounnt not less than 120� of an <br />approved enqineers estimate. <br />16. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water <br />systems will be required to be submitted per City <br />design and construction standards an3 specifications. <br />17. The utility connection charge that is collected from <br />all buildinq permit applicant,s at the time of building <br />permit issuance has been increased by approximately 50% <br />effective July 13, 1994..
