New utility installations in the shorcline areas shall bc designed and installed <br />to be aesthetically pleasing, and not significantly impact views of the s6oreline. <br />Findings: The 35-foot tall building will be located east of the Snohomish River. <br />Views of the Snohomish River from residences to the west of the Snohomish River <br />will not be impacted.
