Section 30.040 of the City of <br />Everett Zoning Code allows any use consistent with the City of Everett Shoreline <br />Master Program and the A-1 zone, and meeting the requiremenu of Federal <br />R:gulations 44CFR, Part 60.3 and Section 30.050 of the zoning code. Section <br />30.040.0 requires that the following development standards be met. <br />1. The first floor of strucmres and outdoor storag� areas shall be two feet above the <br />regulatory flood protection elevation. <br />2. Thc elevation of the site shall be two feet above the regulatory flood protection <br />elevation for a distance of fifteen feel beyond any strucmre in any direction. <br />3. All parking areas and driveways shall be no lower than one foot below the <br />regulatory flood protection elevation. <br />4. Compliance with Pederal Regulations Title 44 CFR, Part 603 and Section <br />30.050 of this title is reyuired. <br />
