A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporazy construction erosion controf, and all required improvemenu in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued.
