5) The primary grit/channel air blowers (#7 on lhe site plan), the primary sedimentation <br />lanks (#8 on the site plan), diversion structure number one (#9 on the site plan), <br />primary scum (#1J un the oite plan), and diversion structure number lwo (#11 on the <br />sit� plan) will all be new structures located in the same area near the northwest <br />cor,�er of the aeration pond. These stractures will improve the efficiency of lhe <br />treatmenl facilily. <br />6) The administration building's mezzanine (#4 on the site plan) will be enlarged into a <br />second floor above the maintenance tivorkroom. The building's square footage will <br />be increased hy approximately 2,200 square feet. See Drawing A-202. <br />7) The new trickling biofilters (# �4 on :;,, site plan) will be constructed within a new <br />struclure to house them. <br />8) There will be a small addition lo the operations buiiding. Tlie trickling filters (#15 on <br />lhe site plan) and associated pump slalion (#1n on lhe sile plan) will be modified <br />v.+ilhin t;�eir existing foetprinis. The existi,�g biosolids handling area (#17 on lhe site <br />plan) will be modified to improve services and ease handlirg. <br />9) A new building will be constructed for the aeration pond level conlrol struclure (#18 <br />on lhe site plan). The slructure will be located near lhe norlhem end of the <br />peninsula in the aeration pond. <br />10) The site will be regraded. Approxinately 44,000 cubic yards of material ��ill be <br />movec;. <br />11) Approximately 25 addilional off-streel parking spaces will be conslructed south and <br />�tiest of ihe adminis(ration building. A lrail will be provided from the expanaed <br />parking area to the existing shoreline trail. <br />Tfie Applicant must also ser,ure a Specia! Property Use Permit because the project <br />involves improverr�ents to a utilily in an A-1 RFFD, Agricultural Use, Rural Flood �ringe <br />District. <br />A hearing on ihe requesls was held before the Hearing Examiner of the Cily of Everett <br />on December 9, 2004.
