That the gran[ing of such variance will adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive General Plan: <br />a. Findin s: <br />According to the Comprel�ensive Plan, this area ls designated <br />"single family." Permitted density within a single famlly area <br />is three [o [velve units per acre. Duplexes on 6,000 square foot <br />lota conatituee a densi[y oE fifteen units per acre. Further, <br />the Comprehensive Plan docs noc permit furhter concen[ration in <br />this area. <br />b. Conclusions: <br />_ <br />Tl�e granting of a variance would be contrary to the Comprehensive <br />P1a� in that it would resul[ in an increase in density in �n area <br />which Uie Comprehensive Plan does not permi[ any further <br />concentration.
