Concluaione: <br />il The granting of a variance would be contrary to the Comprehensive <br />I� Plan in that it would result in an increase in density in an area <br />� which the Comprehensive Plan does not permit any further <br />�� concentration. It would also not aid in the preservation and <br />�i protection of the single family neighborhoods. The granting of <br />„ the variance vould be in derogation of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />� NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />; hereby find that the variance request of the Applicant is denied for failure <br />to get the needed majority vote.
