Upon Roll Call it was found that Mayor Anderson and all Council- <br />men were in attendance except Councilman Kinch who was excused. <br />Minutes of the meeting held March 10, 1976 were approved as printed. <br />LOAN OF POLICF. OFFICERS <br />Counc.ilmen Aldcroft and Ebert both questioned why the City was loaning <br />four police officers to the Sheriff's Department when the City was so <br />short on police personnel. <br />�. Eastman said this is a common practice bEtween police agencies and <br />that the City had told Prosecuting Attorney Schillberg that they wou13 <br />loan them four police officers if he requested it to assist in the in- <br />vestigation or the alleged criminal activities in Snohomish County. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Councilman Rucker objected to communications beinq mknowledue ofethehe <br />Council's signature when in fact the Council had ne g <br />communication. <br />
