LOAN OF POLICF. OFFICERS Counc.ilmen Aldcroft and Ebert both questioned why the City was loaning four police officers to the Sheriff's Department when the City was so short on police personnel. �. Eastman said this is a common practice bEtween police agencies and that the City had told Prosecuting Attorney Schillberg that they wou13 loan them four police officers if he requested it to assist in the in- vestigation or the alleged criminal activities in Snohomish County.
