The supplemental map needs to be revised to show the extension of a public street with public utilities as defined by the Public Works Department at the Pre- Application meeting on September 26, 1996. The topogr�phy as shown on the maps submitted appears to be different than what is in the fieid specifically in the area between lots 1 and 2. This area seems to be somewhat steeper. Note: All topography maps submitted to the City are required to be a field topography done by or under the supervision of Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Washington. If buffer reductions ar� proposed a buf�er reduction application and fes must be submitted. The buffer �eduction fee is $100.
