The applicant is also proposing to eno:ose the <br /> carport for vse as a garage. <br /> Zoning: R-S, Single Family Suburban Resi.d���,tial <br /> Pearl Maddy s�marized the staff report (see Variance File No. 7_86) and showed a <br /> view foil of the site plan. <br /> Dennis Katsel stated he asked for variance to clear up status of the garage as he <br /> is purchasing the property. <br /> No one else spoke for or against the proposal. <br /> MOTION: Mrs. Hoylan moved to approve the variance as recommended by scaff and <br /> Mr. Miller seconded the motion. <br /> VOT�: Unanimous to grant the variance. <br /> -z- <br />
