They have not <br />been reviewed for compliance with requirements of federal, or other <br />state and local regulatory agencies. Most of the following comments <br />should be reflected as changes and notes on the plans and in the <br />specifications. <br />SITE PLAN AND GENERAL COMMENTS <br />1. Your public works department should review the drainage plans <br />for this site. Sections 2905(f) and 7012(d) <br />2. The soil report by Shannon and Wilson, Inc. should be made <br />part of the job plans. The foundation engineers should inspect the <br />footings and certify that the footing excavations are in accordance <br />with the recommendations in the report. <br />3.
