Mechanical Contract Foreman <br />Electrical Contract Foreman <br />Major Subcontractors <br />Everyone will be notified of the location of these meetings <br />through either Mel or the contractor. <br />A coordination meeting will be held once a month and will be <br />attended by the foreman of major contractors. These <br />meetings provide the opportunity to voice any problems <br />occurring and will be attended by the people listed above, <br />as well as the architect. <br />The established work hours for this project are from 7:00 <br />a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, excluding County <br />holidays listed in the specifications. This schedule will <br />be adhered to as close as possible. <br />Major employee parking is anticipated on Lots 13. and 12 for <br />a list of persons established by the general contractor. <br />Parking will be at an extreme minimum so car-pooling is <br />encouraged. <br />Off -shore items, such as nature and source, in excess of <br />$2,500 have to be noticed and certificates are needed <br />indicating these items. Since this project in State funded, <br />forms and certifications will be required and are very <br />important for prompt payment. All billings need to be <br />submitted before the 15th of the month in order to be paid <br />at the end of the month. If deadline times are missed, <br />payment will be processed with the next request for payment. <br />Any damaged property, either by the sub or the general <br />contractors, will be replaced by them. <br />Pre -installation conferences will also be scheduled to <br />discuss any problems or systems that will be encountered. <br />In regards to the forming of outside concrete, both vertical <br />and horizontal joint alignment will be very critical. This <br />is a major part of the architectural treatment and will be <br />checked very closely. <br />The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Monday, October <br />17, 1983, at 2 p.m. on site. An invitation to attend was <br />extended to everyone interested. <br />This project will be a hard-hat job and all OSHA safety <br />regulations and measures need to be adhered to. Everyone <br />was asked to please advise all employees of this regulation. <br />Mel stated that, _.ie County Inspector, there are certain <br />things that Harry Olsoi, will not do. Harry will not tell anyone <br />else what to do. This is the responsibility of the general <br />contractor and, should there be problems, the contractor will <br />
