C <br />Sewer: Existing line west of proposed building is <br />undersized and must be upgraded. <br />Interceptor Fees: The applicant must comply with the <br />ordinance in effect at the time of <br />construction. <br />Storm Drainage: Payment to the Regional Detention Fund <br />No. 340 is required. <br />Alley Improvement: The existing north -south alley shall be <br />vertically realigned. <br />Driveways: All existing driveways aprons that are not <br />used for this project must be replaced with <br />full curb and sidewalks. <br />Sidewalks: Existing sidewalks on the perimeter of the <br />block shall be upgraded with all broken or <br />depressed sections to be replaced. <br />
