PRESUMPTIONS OF THIS uNO.RST NDIN•, Parties to this Memorandum <br />anticipate that: <br />A. Water usage at the new County jail will approximate <br />gallons per day and that such usage, together with storm <br />runoff, will require a sewer sub -main of approximately 8' • <br />diameter. <br />B. The sub -main would be constructed in Wall Street from the <br />• <br />eastern half of Block 71.4 to the northerly extension of the <br />north -south alley in Block 713, this distance being <br />approximately 275 feet. <br />C. Construction costs of the sub -main will be approximately $100 <br />per lineal foot, inclusive of street restoration, leading to a <br />preliminary construction cost estimate of $27,500. <br />P, The County's portion of construction costs will be separated <br />from costs of the City's work by suitable bid alternates or <br />other appropriate means. <br />E. The County will reimburse the City for its costs in designing <br />and inspecting the County's portion of the work. Costs in <br />each of these categories may be expected to approximate lot of <br />construction costs. <br />F. Contracts awarded by the City will incorporate those <br />rquirements of the RCW and WAC applicable to jail projects <br />funded under Chapter 289-13 WAC. <br />
