G. The County will take timely actions to reroute the sewer <br />connection serving the future work release facility to an 8" <br />main now existent in the east -west alley of Block 714; and, to <br />reroute the sewer connection serving the Carnegie Building to <br />either an existing main, or to the new main to be constructed <br />for the County pursuant to this agreement. Nothing in this <br />Memorandum shall be construed so as to preclude the City from <br />designing and constructing such connections on behalf of the <br />County if future information indicates that such actions would <br />be in the public interest. <br />" <br />4. Based upon these understandings, Snohomish County requests, and <br />the City of Everett agrees, that the City will incorporate design <br />and construction of a sub -main to serve the new County jail into <br />its planning for the pending 21" sewer main project; and, that the <br />City will, as early as practicable, provide the County with <br />preliminary designs, schedules and cost estimates relating to such <br />design and construction. <br />For Snohomish County: <br />WILLIS D.
