The Applicant has reapplied to the City to reopen the hearing on the Special Property Use. Permit for the final approval on the aforementioned matters. A hearing on this request for reopening was held on January 6, 1983. FINDINGS OF FACT The Applicant has requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for property located at 3002 to 3018 Lombard, Everett, Washington and 3015 Oakes, Everett, Washington. The specific legal descriptions of these properties are listed above. 2. The specific request for the Special Property Use Permit is for the construction of a County Jail capable of housing 277 inmates. In addition, the Special Property Use Permit will allow for the construction of parking facilities for those visiting the Jail. The Special Property Use Permit is for properties located at 3002 to 3018 Lombard. 3. The remainder of the Special Property Use Permit application is for the purpose of remodeling the existing Employment Security Building in order to provide a Work Release Facility for 60 residents. This portion of the Special Property Use Permit application is for property that is located at 3015 Oakes.
