Electrical General wiring repairs. Note also new drop ceilings to go into new <br /> bedrooms. hlake all wiring in these areas safe. Wire in new ceiling light <br /> fixtuzes (four total) in the new bedrooms, bathroom, and the kitchen. <br /> Add one wall light fixture over the new bathroom sink. Place all light <br /> fixtures on wall switches. Provide the owner with a total light <br /> allowance of $100, owner to select the fixtures. In addition, wire in <br /> a new heat and exhaust fan combination ceiling fixture in the <br /> bathroom. Place on separate switches. Vent the exhaust fan to the <br /> exterior. <br /> Unit #1 heat•. In addition to heating the bathroom, the contractor <br /> shall install recessed squirrel cage fan-type electric wa]-1 heaters, <br /> King WHF series or equal, in both bedrooms. Wire into wall <br /> thermostats. Both heaters to be at least 1500 watts each. <br /> Unit #2• wire in one additional duplex wall receptacle in the sun <br /> room off the kitchen at a handy location. <br /> Unit #3. Secure the loose duplex receptacle next to the Eridge. <br /> Unit #4. Wire in a new duplex receptacle to Eridge. F:emove the <br /> electrical wiring and switch to the light over the east bathroom sink. <br /> Wice a new wall �witch to sink light to code. Install electrical wall <br /> covers throughout the unit where they are missing. Check out all <br /> receptacles in this unit, noting some are damaged and make safe. <br /> All electrical work called out in this item to be performed in <br /> compliance with the requirements of the National Electcical Code, 1987 <br /> editian. <br /> $ <br /> 7. Miscellaneous Rear porch. Install 4" x 6" D.F. #1 beam overhead <br /> under the floor at the location indicated on the drawings. Support the <br /> ends down to :he foundation below. <br /> Unit ql gas. Run gas line over to the new location oE the kitchen <br /> range and hook up. <br /> U�iit #1 cabinetcy and laminate work. Install new 3" 0" long vanity <br /> cabinet, supplied by the owner, and complete with counter top and cover <br /> with high pcessure laminate, Ebrmica or equal, running a 4" high <br /> laminate backsplash on all adjoining walls to counter. Glue on the <br /> same type oE laminate on all three wal.ls of the new tub, running new <br /> laminate at least 70 irches above the tub drain. Owner to select new <br /> laminate. <br />
