AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br />• Washington State Doe approval for controlling emissions of vapor for the <br />construction of proposed station. <br />• Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, (PSCAA), approval for controlling <br />emissions of vapor <br />• Washington State Department of Labor and Industries <br />■ City of Everett Electrical and Mechanical Permit <br />• City of Everett Fire Permit <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br />not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance <br />with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection including <br />bul not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision <br />was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on <br />file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
