It is the proposal of <br />to replace the three story structure <br />a one story stcucture and replace the <br />switching facility with a less obtrusive <br />structure. <br />8. A conceptual site plan of the ptoposed development was <br />submitted by the Applicant and was admitted at the <br />hearing as Exhibit i4. A copy of the site plan is <br />attached hereto and by this reference is hereby <br />incorporated as part of these findings. <br />9. Originally the Beverly Park Substation was the major <br />transmission substation in the Applicant's Everett <br />district and was the receiving station for powPr <br />genecated at Baker River and the Rock i�land <br />Hydroelectric project. After the Snohomish County PUD <br />was formed and the Bonneville Power Administration <br />transmission developed, the substation became the <br />intertie point between the Applicant's northern and <br />north central divisions as well as an interconnection <br />point between the PUD and the BPA systems. <br />
