DAMES & MOORE <br />Please note the conditions of the bid as provided by Mr. Def rang of Versatile in his bid letter. <br />Specifically, Item N2 states that Versatile does not have a Performance and Payment Bond and has not <br />included the bond in the total price. We have told Mr. Def rang to investigate obtaining a bond and to <br />provide a separate letter stating the amount of its cost. We anticipate the cost to be approximately <br />$1,800. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to work on this project.
