Owner rleisres (o salvage and reuse malerials to maxinnun e.rlent feasib/e tmJess <br />cost prohibitative. <br />Interior demolition includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of wall insulation <br />and wiring, plumbing pipes and drains to be replaced, existing floor coverings other than <br />oak flooring, and rernoval artd ,calvage of cedaz tongue and grove �va]I and floor covering <br />in basement to be reused on walls in basement and garage after insulation of basement <br />area.
