These future phases must <br /> comply with the requirements listed beloW. <br /> B. Drainage - A comprehensive drainage solution for the en[ire 150 <br /> acre site must be addresaed at [he master plan developmen� <br /> stage. The site i:+ located within [he Powdermill Gulch Drainage <br /> Basin. Draina�e improvements muat be provided in compliance with <br /> the South Everett Drainage Basin Plan and the City's Drainage <br /> Ordinance and must be approved by the Public Works Department. <br /> Phase II drainage improvements must be provided ae noted under <br /> Commant 2C below. Approval of a Comprehenaive Drainage Plan by <br /> the P,.blic Works Department is required prior to the isauance of <br /> any building permi[s for Phase II. <br /> /c 1 <br />
