NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that <br /> 1) Alternative Site One is found to be satisfactory as the site to relocate the existing <br /> team track located on the Everett Station site. <br /> 2) Subject to completion of the appropriate environmental analysis and land use permit <br /> processes, staff is authorized to design and construct a new team track and necessary <br /> support infrastructure at Alternative Site One.
