LUTION — DEMOLITION/3229A AND 3229B WETMO Moved by Councilmember Pope, seconded by Coundlmember Warnock to adopt Resolution No. 4660 authorizing the demolition and clearing of the buildings located at 3229A and 3229E Wetmore Avenue. WHEREAS, the City of Everett Building Official has found the buildings located at 3229A and 3229B Wetmore Avenue to be substandard and a public nuisance pursuant to the City of Everett Uniform Housing Code; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett Building Official has found the buildings located at 3229A and 3229B Wetmore Avenue to be dangerous to the health, safety, and welfare of the public pursuant to the City of Everett Uniform Code fcr the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Official issued and properly served Notices and Orders requiring the owners of the property to repair or demolish and remove the buildings from the property; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that permits for the repair or demolition of the buildings have not been secured as required in the Orders; and 478
