Dent <br />Housing Inspector <br />1, Marian G. Dent do hereby testify under penalty of perjury as follows: <br />1. That I am the Housing Inspector for the City of Everett, and do hereby give this <br />testimony it-, that capacity; <br />2. That I inspected the buildings situated upon the properties located at 3229A Wetmore <br />Avenue and 3229B Wetmore Avenue in the City of Everett, Washington (hereinafter <br />"the buildings") under the authority of the City of Everett Building Official <br />(hereinafter "Building Official"); <br />3. That as of a result of the inspection, I believe that the buildings are residential; <br />4. That as a result of the inspection, I believe that conditions exist at the buildings that <br />are in violation of the Uniform Housing Co-e, as adopted by the City of Everett, and <br />render the buildings unsafe, dangerous or hazardous; <br />5. That as a result of the inspection, I believe that conditions exist at the buildings that <br />are in violation of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as <br />adopted by the City of Everett, and render the buildings unsafe, dangerous or <br />hazardous; <br />G. That on June 19, 1998 1 posted the buildings with notices that it is unlawful to occupy <br />any portion thereof; <br />7. That on June 19, 1998 a separate Notice and Order of;he City of Everett Building <br />Official (hereinafter "Notice and Order') for each building was issued and mailed via <br />AFFIDAVIT OF MARIAN G.
