Haas, P.E,
This report is to provide a record of the roo` inspection of the
residence and garage at 820 Wetmore in Everett, Washington. At the
request of Mr. Weiss, the inspection was limited to the roof. The
purpose of the inspection is to identify readily visible problems or
problems that with a reasonable degree of certainty can be anticipated.
All items removed for inspection access were replaced and no
destructive testing was done. Some hidden items cannot be checked
however an underlying problem oft times will show up on the surface;
also in some cases we repeat verbal statements of a second party who
should be knowledgeable if the statement seems credible. A report on
such an inspection tends to be negative.
Every property has deficiencies. This report is intended to point out
those deficiencies noted during the inspection. The client then needs
to evaluate the seriousness of the deficiencies, our recommendations
and then act accordingly. We are pleased to serve as the client's
technical resource in their evaluation of the deficiencies and our
recommendations.
We are not associated with any contractor, exterminator or lending
agency. Contact us if you are advised of a condition different than
what we have stated; especially if a repair is recommended. Our
service is to provide you professional information about those parts of
the house and garage that we inspected.
I. SITE CONDITIONS
A. The landscaping is established and in satisfactory condition. The
site is basically flat (some slope to the east?). None of the
landscaping or slope of the property have any effect on the roof
of either structure.
Weiss Inspection
Page 1
