High School is granted subject <br /> to the folloving conditions: <br /> 1. �n-site storr�water letention is required. Detailed drainage <br /> calculations will be required to determine the storage volume and <br /> release rate. <br /> 2. Detailed drasrings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br /> Standards shall be suSui[ted to the Public Works Department showing site <br /> parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br /> construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br /> public right-of-way. Public lvorks Department approval of [hese drawings <br /> is required prior Co any pexmits being issued. All improvements shall <br /> be completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued. <br /> 3. :1ny grading/filling on this site shall be done so as no[ [o impact the <br /> surrounding properties. <br /> 4. The site must be developed in general conformance with the site plan <br /> sutrnitted and the elevations sutmitted to the Planning Department. The <br /> Director of Planning/CommuniLy Development may authorize minor <br /> deviations. <br /> 5. This site must provide a minimum of 50 parking stalls as shown on the <br /> preliminary site plan, and ttiey must be designed per City Design and <br /> Construction Standards. a minimum of two parking stalls must be signed <br /> for liandicap Parking or as required by the Building Official. <br /> 6. Landscaping must be per zoning code requirements and approved by the <br /> Planning Department. A Landscaping Plan must be sutmitted and approved <br /> by the Planning Department. The Planning Director is authorized to <br /> reduce or waive some or a11 of the landscaping requirements when an <br /> existing condition on or adjacent to the site would render the <br /> landscaping requirements of the zoning code ineffective. <br /> 7. The construction proposed must meet all current Building and Fire Codes <br /> as required by the city. <br /> II. Fire safety practices during construction shall be in compliance with <br /> :lrticle 87 of the Uniform Fire Code, 1988. <br /> 9, Portable fire protection shall be provided within 75 feet travel <br /> distance of all portions of combustible conatruction during construction. <br />
