Note on the plans that water heaters shall meet the reyuirements of the 1987 NAECA and shall be so labeled. Electric water heaters in unconditioned spaces shall be placed on an imcompressible, insulated surface with a minimum thermal resistance of R-10. 29. Source specific fans ue required in each kitchen, bathroom, water closet, laundry facility, indoor swimming pool, spa, and other rooms where excess water vapor or cooking odor is produced. Specify the fan locations and sizes at minimim of 50 cfm at 0.25" water gauge for bathrooms and laundries and 100 cfm at 0.25" for kitchens.
