In addition, a hydrant will be required at the <br /> phase I end of the proposed 16-inch water main in"Commerce Way"to xllow for flushing of this <br /> line until subsequent phases complete the connection to Merrill Creek Parkway. Subsequent phases <br /> must also provide interim loops and methods of flushing the proposed 16-inch water mains(SEPA <br /> Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br /> 6. Developments must construct improvements necessary to provide a water pressure of 40-80 psi <br /> under normal operating conditions as required by Public Works. (SEPA Public Services and <br /> Utilities Policies) <br /> 7. Recycling of runoff water from bus or truck�vashing facilities is required. (SEPA Public Services <br /> and Utilities Policies) <br /> At least three different City water pressure zones exist in the mains adjacent to the site in Glenwood <br /> Avenue, Hardeson Road, and Mcrrill Crcek Parlavay. PRVs will be required on site £or any <br /> proposed mains that will connect diffcrent City water pressure zones. In general, connections <br /> across zones should be avoided. <br /> 5 � <br />
