• The proposed project is not an essential public facility. <br /> The project proponent has agreed to comply with the SW Everett Subarea Plan Mitigation <br /> Decision Document. The project Is hereby dsignated a Planned AcNon pursuant to RCW <br /> 43.21 C.031(2)(a) and City of Everett Ordinance No. 2213-97. A SEPA threshold detertnination <br /> is not required for this proposal per 43.21C.031 RCW. This determination is dependent upon <br /> compliance with the SW Everett Subazea Plan Mitigation Decision Document and all local, <br /> state, and federal regulations related to general environmer.tal protection including, bui not <br /> limited to, right-of-way improvement requirements,drainage, etc. This decision was made after <br /> revie�v of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file�vith the lead <br /> agency. <br /> There is no public comment period provide�l for this detennination. <br /> There is a fourteen (14) day public comment period which ends on June 7,2001, on the <br /> requirement for 4,000 gpm fire flo�v. <br /> Responsible <br /> Officiai: Paul A.
