The project Is hereby dsignated a Planned AcNon pursuant to RCW <br /> 43.21 C.031(2)(a) and City of Everett Ordinance No. 2213-97. A SEPA threshold detertnination <br /> is not required for this proposal per 43.21C.031 RCW.
