SPECIAL NOTICE: The following actions must be taken by the existing property owner to <br /> allow this project to submit applications for building and public wodcs pe�mits: <br /> 1. A Preliminary Binding Site Plan No. 98-008 was issued on Apri123, 1999. This BSF <br /> ��reliminarily created two five acre lots in the location of the Jansport proposal. This <br /> lot has not received final approval by the City nor has it been recorded. The parcel <br /> must receive final approval from the City and be recorded with the Snohomish <br /> County Auditor prior to approval of building and public works permits for the <br /> Jansport project. <br /> 2. A landscape plan for the CSR frontage on Hazdeson Road must be submitted to and <br /> approved by the Plaaning Department prior to approval of building and public works <br /> pertnits ior the Jansport project. <br /> • 3.
