My broken or damag��d sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. 15. Walkways must be provided for the building entries to the public street. 16. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of consuuction. If reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City P�gineer. 17. Temporary erosion control measures for conshvction activity must be operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. 18. Development of this pvicel, with respect to all utilities (storm, sewer and water), shall be consistent with the comprehensive planning that has been done for the entire CSR site. 19. Detention of stormwater runoff is required in accordance with Ciry standards. The detention release rates shall be determined using the p�e-mining soil and vegetati.n cover of the site.
