6. Special charges for wnnection to the sewer and water systems in accoidaz►ce with Ocdinance <br /> 1998-94 and subsequent rovision arc applicab}e. Thae charges aze based on projxted water <br /> usage and can be substantial. Applicant is eocoivaged to obtain a copy of the O:dmance and <br /> detertnine estimated charges prior to building permit applicadon. The actual charges shall be <br /> computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br /> according to the information on the approved plans at the time of building pe�mit issuance. <br /> 7. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br /> 8. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving fat but not closer than 50 feet of eve►y <br /> structure. <br /> 9. City streets aze to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br /> suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 10. A one-year warranty is required on the pubtic improvement for an amount not less than 10% <br /> of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of final approvaVissuance <br /> ef the first Occupancy Permit. <br /> 11. A r.vo-yeaz guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage <br /> treatmendabatement facilities serving azeas larger than one acre. <br /> 12. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the Ciry. The easement will be <br /> submitted to the City prior to issuance of pertnits. <br /> 13. As-builts of storm sewer, sanita�y sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted <br /> per C�ty Design and Construction Standazds and Specifications for Development. <br /> 14. My broken or damag��d sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 15. Walkways must be provided for the building entries to the public street. <br /> 16. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of consuuction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered <br /> with mulch as directed by the City P�gineer. <br /> 17. Temporary erosion control measures for conshvction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 18. Development of this pvicel, with respect to all utilities (storm, sewer and water), shall be <br /> consistent with the comprehensive planning that has been done for the entire CSR site. <br /> 19. Detention of stormwater runoff is required in accordance with Ciry standards.
