ThQ submitted site plan proposes 3,362 square <br />feet of open space. Calculations for open space areas <br />must be provided on the plans submitted for building <br />Permits. Landscaping in the parking areas and setbacks <br />shall not be counted ia meeting this standard. <br />18• On-site recreatior� facilities must be provided per <br />Section 15.110 of the Zoninq Code. Prior to the <br />issuance of buildinq permits, the Planning Department <br />must approve a plan for on-site recreation facilities. <br />19• Building facade modulation and roofline variation must <br />be provided per Section 15.050 of the Zaninq Code. The <br />maximum permitted wall length without buildinq facade <br />modulation is 30 feet.. <br />Z�• A sprinkler system complyinq with UBC Standard 38-1 <br />and/or NFPa Standard 13 must be provided. <br />Plans for any such system muat be submitted to the <br />Building Department and the Everett Fire Department for <br />examination and approval. Such plans must include <br />plans for the underqround mains that will supply the <br />sprinkler system. <br />As of January, 1991, sprinkler system permits are <br />issued by the Buildinq Department. Plan review fees <br />are i�sessed by the Suildinq Departmant. No fee is <br />assessed by the Fire Department. <br />���e qround sprinkler pipinq must be hydrostatically <br />tested as established in NFPA Standard 13. Underground <br />pipinq must be hydrostatically tested and flushed as <br />established in NFPA Standard 24 for private fire mains. <br />A11 such tests must be witnessed by the Fire Department <br />
