Order of Preced n These specifications, the drawings, general and supplemental conditions, and all suppkmentary documents are essential parts of the Contract, and a requirement occurring in one is as binding as though occurring in all. They are intended to be complementary and to describe and ptovide for a complete work. In cases of contlict in the requ'vements and provisions as set out by the Contract, the specifications, or the drawings, such conflict shall be rcconciled by the acceptance of the following order of precedence for the various Contract Documents. a. b. c. d. e. f. The appazent silence of the specifications and drawings as to any detailed or the appazent omission from them of a detailed description concerning any point, shall be regazded as meanin� that only the best general practice is to prevail and that only approved material and workmanship of first quality are to be uscd. 6. Subconvactinc Portions of the Work If any part of the work to be done under the Contract is subcontracted, the subcontracting shall be done in accordanco with following provisions: The apprarent successful low bidder shall, within one hour of the bid opening, submit to the PORT a list of inechanical and electrical subcontractors for those portions of Work. Such li�t shall be accompanied by an experience statement with pertinent information regazding similar projects and other evidence of quali6cation for each such Subcontractor, 3uppGer, person or organization if requested by the Port. The appazent successful Bidder shall also, within 24 hours after requested by the PORT, submit to PORT a list of all such Subcontractors, Suppliers, and other persons and organizations proposed for those portions of the work for which such identification is required, Such list shall be accompanied by an experience statement with pertinent information regarding similaz projects and other evidence uf qualification for each such Subcontractor, Supplier, person or organization if requested by the Port. If the Fort or Engineer afrer due investigation has reasonable objection to any proposed Subcontractor, PI:II •
