Correction or Removal of Defective Work: 13.1 I If requ'ved by ENGINEER, CONTRACTOR shall prompdy, without cost to PORT and as specified by ENGINEER, either correct any defective Worlc, whether or not fabricated, installed or completed, or, if the Work has been rejected by ENGIIVEER, remove it from the site and replace it with nondefective Work. Acceutance of �efective Work: 13.12 If, instead of requiring correction or removal and replacement of defxtive Work, PORT (and, prior to ENGINEER's recortvnendation of final payment, also ENGINEER) prefers to accept it, PORT may do so.
